FAQ - Frequently asked questions 

  • How can I contact JoRevel? 
    Contact us is by email at shop@jorevel.com. 
    Please state your order number in the email for questions regarding orders.
  • How do I find the right size? 
    You find the "Sizing" tab for clothing on each product page. 
  • Do I have to pay customs duty when ordering from JoRevel? 
    We ship from different warehouses in the EU and there is no customs duty on our goods when shipping within the EU. 
    For most shippments we have made to countries outside the EU we have not heared of any customs duties on the type of goods we sell from our customers.
    In case custom duties or taxes apply you are responsible for payment of these when importing goods.
    Please check with your local customs departement regarding possible import duties or taxes before ordering.  
  • How can I track my order? 
    We will send you an email after we have created the shipping label, which means your order is ready to be shipped and you will receive a tracking number with link to the shipping company for tracking your order. 
  • Can I exchange the item ordered? 
    We offer open purchase for 30 days where you can exchange the item in case it does not fit.
    The withdrawal period for purchases is 14 days in accordance with EU law.
    Remember the item you want to return or exchange must be unused like new and in original packaging without damage.
    Please contact us in advance if you wish to exchange, withdraw from purchase and return your item.
    All exchanges, returns or refunds must be acceptet by us in advance and before returning an item. 
  • Can I get a refund? 
    Refunds are made after the return within the withdrawal period (after we have received the goods back and the goods is unused in new condition, including packaging) or possibly for errors and defects.

  • Do you sell to businesses? 
    Yes, companies can order online or contact us for quotations regarding larger orders.
    For companies that want to sell JoRevel in their store (wholesale orders) contact us for purchase/-wholesale prices and terms. 
  • Can I get a discount on larger orders? 
    Discount may be given for total orders of more than at least 10 units. Contact us in advance and tell us which item you want and we will consider a possible discount offer or coupon for online ordering. 
  • Discounts or freebies for charity? 
    We like to give discounts or freebies to charities, but can't give to everyone. Contact us and tell us about your charity or plans and in case which item is desired. We evaluate each request on an individual basis. 
  • Can I have my own design made by you? 
    We can create your own design for wholesale orders, but only with additional JoRevel branding on any design embroidery we make in this case. 

Sale-Terms & Conditions 

  • General
    The terms and conditions apply to the purchase agreement you as a consumer (buyer) enter into when purchasing from the jorevel.com website and the company Bordados Trading Post S.L. (seller and owner of the website jorevel.com). 
    To create a user account and to be able to shop on jorevel.com you must be over 18 years of age or have your parent's approval. 
  • Prices
    All Prices shown on jorevel.com are retail prices in EURO or equivalent currency and included value added tax (VAT) based on sales from Spain. 
    Shipping costs are not included and are added during checkout based on the customers shipping address if not statet otherwise by us in case of promotions such as free shipping. 
  • Payments
    Payment for goods is done online by credit card via 3rd party payment service providers shopify-stripe, apple-pay or google-pay. 
    Bank Transfer - invoice by appointment and in advance only for bulk orders, company purchases and wholesale orders. 
  • Orders - Production 
    After you placed your order and we have received payment production usually takes 3-5 business days until your order gets despatched, depending on the order size.
    All orders are "custom made-on demand". This allows us to be an industry leader in the embroidery-design selection we can offer. 
    We have many designs / products in stock and these can usually be shipped out within 1-2 working days. 
  • Shipping 
    We store and manufacture design embroideries in several warehouses in the EU/Spain. Your order can be shipped from different warehouses, depending on inventory, fastest delivery and production time. 

    Shipping is done by standard mail with tracking signed for and we use DHL, UPS, TNT, Correos, Bring or Schenker as forwarding agent. Depending on order size, warehouse and production location.

    Shipping times for standard mail vary depending on your location but for most orders these are between 3-5 business days within Europe, 8-12 business days within the US / Canada and 12-15 business days to other locations. 
    If you need your order faster for an event, gift or holiday contact us in advance and we will try our best so you can get your order on time. 

    Customs Duty Taxes
    Please note some countries may have delays through customs border control for goods. Additionally custom duties and taxes may apply when importing goods depending on your country. It is therefore adviced you check with your local customs departement in advance before ordering regarding possible delays as well as customs duties or taxes that may apply.
    All import customs duties or taxes that may or may not apply when ordering goods from jorevel.com are payable by you (the buyer) when importing goods to your country. 

    Shipping costs can be seen on each product page before ordering and are added during checkout depending on your location. 

  • Return - Exchange and Cancellation 
    We offer 30 days of open purchase with exchange right from the time you received the item.
    The withdrawal deadline (cooling off period) for canceling your order is 14 days, contact us for the withdrawal form which must be completed and sent to us in advance for us to process order cancellation.

    Important; When returning goods to exchange the goods or when returning the goods due to cancellation within the cancellation period (if your order has already been sent), the goods returned to us must be unused and in "new condition", including undamaged original packaging.
    We reserve the right not to exchange or refund the goods in the event of cancellation in case the item returned to us is used or damaged. 

    Return-Shipping Costs; you are responsible for shipping cost when returning an item to us for exchange or in the event of withdrawl (in case your item has already been shipped). 

    Contact us in advance by email to shop@jorevel.com in any event if you whish to return your item or cancel.
    Please state your order number along with your return request. 

  • Refunds 
    are given if the order is canceled within the cancellation period (cooling off period) of 14 days. If the item is shipped before the cancellation within the cancellation period, the item must be returned to us and a refund is only given after we have received the item, which must be unused and in new condition, including undamaged original packaging.
    Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse shipping costs when returning or exchanging goods. 
    If the goods you receive are incorrect or defect, please contact us immediately to arrange for a repair and replacement or possible refund.
